Upgrade your smile.
Go beyond dentures.
Dentures are outdated—unstable, uncomfortable, and limiting. Our permanent solutions restore confidence, bite strength, and effortless function. Common treatments include:
-
All-On Implants
A permanent, full-arch replacement using strategically placed implants. The fastest, most reliable way to get a brand-new, natural-looking smile—without dentures.
-
Implants
A lifelong replacement for missing teeth, offering unmatched strength, stability, and function. No slipping, no discomfort—just a secure, real-feeling smile.
-
Bridges
A minimally invasive option for replacing multiple teeth, using implants for strength. A secure, natural-looking restoration—without the downsides of traditional bridges.
Is full-mouth rehab
right for you?
If your teeth are worn down, broken, or failing, full-mouth rehabilitation restores function, strength, and aesthetics—permanently. Here’s how we help:
Severely worn or broken teeth
Grinding, acid erosion, or aging can destroy enamel, causing pain, sensitivity, and bite collapse. We rebuild strength, function, and long-lasting aesthetics.
Severe functional & aesthetic issues
Difficulty chewing, constant discomfort, and an aged or sunken facial appearance are signs of a failing mouth. We restore both function and confidence.
Bite collapse & jaw misalignment
When teeth wear down, the bite collapses, causing pain, jaw tension, and premature aging. We restore proper alignment to relieve strain and discomfort.
Multiple missing or failing teeth
When teeth can’t be saved, implants and full-arch restorations provide a permanent solution—stronger, more stable, and more natural than dentures.

Common questions about full-mouth rehabilitation
-
Most procedures are minimally invasive with little discomfort. We prioritize your comfort every step of the way.
-
Full mouth rehab is ideal for those with multiple dental issues, such as missing teeth, severe decay, or worn-out dental work.
-
Veneers are considered to be a permanent enhancement to your teeth. Your dentist can remove them for you, but once your teeth have been prepped and fitted with veneers, you will need to replace them with new veneers or another restorative option.
-
Good quality porcelain veneers last an average of 10 years, but with good care and maintenance they can last for 20 or more. Porcelain veneers last longer than composite veneers, which may only last about 3 years.
-
You should care for your porcelain veneers the same way you do your natural teeth. Brush twice a day and floss once a day to remove plaque and keep your veneers looking clean. Use a soft bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste to keep from scratching your veneers. Especially avoid any toothpaste that contains baking soda.
-
Yes, you can trust the quality of same day crowns at Maine Dentistry. The reason we are able to offer this option is because we own the advanced technology and equipment necessary to create quality, natural-looking dental crowns in our office.
-
On average, a traditional dental bridge will last between 5 and 15 years. It may last even longer with good care and maintenance. An implant supported bridge may last longer than a traditional bridge because it won’t affect your healthy teeth.
-
Partial dentures typically consist of an artificial material that looks like gum tissue that is formed around the artificial teeth. A bridge only consists of artificial teeth that sit against your natural gums. Partial dentures attach to the existing teeth with metal clasps and are removable. A dental bridge is permanent, only removable by your dentist.
